Lead Product Designer

Join our team as a Lead Product Designer, where you will be an authority in user experience design and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to create design solutions that achieve our business goals and deliver maximum customer value. You will be responsible for design across a wide range of systems, platforms, and products, and will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams. This role is based in London and offers fantastic opportunities for designers to push the bounds of what's possible and deliver outstanding experiences for our customers.

• Conduire des recherches utilisateur et définir la conception structurelle d'applications complexes.

• Experience with enterprise-scale Design Systems
• Significant hands-on experience in a Product Design role in complex products/domains, highly preferred in financial services
• Have driven innovative efforts that uncovered new value with new kinds of experiences for both designers and customers/users
• Portfolio demonstrating an expert level understanding and applied experience of product design in complex domain
• Hands‑on experience designing for the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365/Teams), with fluency in platform conventions such as Fluent UI and Teams guidelines
• Track record of driving the user experience across highly complex enterprise problems with measurable success
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, a related field or equivalent practical experience
