Manager of Central Compliance

Join the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) as a Manager of Central Compliance. In this role, you will focus on assurance activities in accordance with the Compliance Assurance methodology. You will support the development and execution of the annual Compliance Assurance Plan, drive the delivery of assurance reviews, communicate findings to relevant stakeholders, and track remedial actions to resolution. Experience in performing assurance reviews in a Compliance, Internal Audit, or Risk function is essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and a degree-level education or equivalent.

• Support the development and execution of the annual Compliance Assurance Plan, ensuring all relevant requirements are met.
• Drive the delivery of assurance reviews that provide risk and control insight, identifying findings or examples of best practice.
• Communicate findings to relevant stakeholders, clearly articulating and documenting issues, impacts, and root causes.
• Experience of performing assurance reviews in a Compliance, Internal Audit or Risk function is essential
• Proficient in use of MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
• Degree level education or equivalent
• Experience of working within Financial Services Compliance
