Manager of Index Research and Design

Join our Index Research & Design team as a Senior Manager, where you will play a key role in shaping the future of index research, product development, and technology-enabled capabilities. You will work closely with research, engineering, and product teams to design index solutions, develop analytical frameworks, and integrate modern technologies into the research and index development lifecycle. This role requires a strong technical background, experience in equity or index research, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical participants.

• Contribuer à la recherche et à la conception d'indices, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de recherche, d'ingénierie et de produit.
• Diriger l'intégration de nouvelles technologies, y compris les capacités d'IA/LLM, dans les flux de travail de recherche, d'analyse et de développement de produits.

• Strong technical background, including hands-on experience with Python and working in data-intensive analytical environments
• Curiosity about and practical exposure to AI/LLM tools and their application in research, analytics, or workflow automation
• Proven record to contribute to product development and translate research into practical, scalable outputs
• Strong communication skills, with experience engaging both technical and non-technical participants
• Significant experience in equity research, index research, or quantitative investment roles, with a strong understanding of index construction and portfolio techniques
• Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and collaborating with engineering teams to implement analytical or production solutions
• Experience operating in a multi-functional, global environment
