Manager of Quality Assurance

Join LCH, a leading clearing house, as the Manager of Quality Assurance. In this role, you will lead a team of test engineers and take ownership of end-to-end testing delivery. You will work closely with business collaborators, technology specialists, and suppliers to ensure quality is built into all stages of the system development lifecycle. This is an opportunity for someone with proven experience in leading quality assurance in a relevant domain, particularly in the financial market infrastructure space.

• Collaborer avec des partenaires commerciaux, des spécialistes de la technologie et des fournisseurs pour garantir la qualité à toutes les étapes du cycle de vie du développement.
• This is an opportunity for someone with proven, hands on experience leading quality assurance in a relevant domain
• Hands-on experience with automation test frameworks, ideally with experience of implementing BDD or other forms of test-driven development
• Solid hands-on experience in at least one programming language, plus a broad experience of current technologies
• Extensive hands-on test management experience in entire software development process, in sophisticated technical environments, delivering to tight deadlines
• Solid experience of testing processes and methodologies: strategy, plan, design, implement, report and measurement
• Experience of devops tools (GIT, Jenkins etc.), and an understanding of CICD
• Good collaborative spirit and skills on effective communication
• Proven experience in Financial Market Infrastructure space. Experience in clearing of securities domain is an added advantage
• 7+ years in software delivery domain
• Experience of public cloud
• Familiar with agile methodology, especially Scrum, and a good sense of quality ownership and risk assessment
• Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering
