Offensive Security Engineer

Join our Offensive Security Operations team as an Offensive Security Engineer. In this crucial role, you will manage vulnerability discovery, offensive testing, and remediation activities to protect the business from sophisticated cyber threats. You will collaborate with third-party vendors, regulators, and leadership teams to ensure the timely delivery of requirements. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to explore and experiment with AI and automation to improve our security initiatives.

• Plan and facilitate testing programs with third-party vendors, ensuring efficient execution of vulnerability discovery and offensive testing.
• Provide insight on root cause analysis and scalable risk management, working closely with technical teams and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external vendors, regulators, and leadership teams to coordinate the timely delivery of requirements and ensure compliance.
• Knowledge of security vulnerabilities and common software engineering flaws and Network Defence analytical models (Kill Chain, ATT&CK, OWASP top 10etc.)
• Understanding of large scale enterprise IT system environments
• Background in Red Teaming / Penetration Testing / Bug Bounty advantageous!
• Technology related Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and certifications in cyber security
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a problem solver and barrier breaker with initiative
• Strong verbal & written communication skills & presentation skills
• Experience building AI agentic workflows or deploying and managing security tooling is also advantageous!
