PMO Lead (Risk Intelligence Engineering)

Join LSEG as a PMO Lead (Risk Intelligence Engineering) and play a critical role in driving governance, risk management, and delivery excellence across the Risk Intelligence Engineering portfolio. You will partner closely with Portfolio, Programme, and Project Managers to ensure robust oversight of delivery performance, resource optimization, financial control, and adherence to LSEG Group standards. Your responsibilities will include portfolio governance and risk management, portfolio planning and resource management, performance and reporting, financial management, portfolio health and delivery excellence, change and transformation management, and people leadership and capability development.

• Partner with Portfolio, Programme, and Project Managers to identify, assess, and actively manage risks across multiple key portfolios, ensuring compliance with LSEG Group standards for governance, risk management, and delivery controls.
• Track and manage the portfolio pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date visibility of demand and supply, enabling effective workforce planning and resource optimisation across the portfolio.
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of high-quality portfolio status reports, providing clear, timely insights to senior management on portfolio progress, key risks and issues, scope changes, and resource impacts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
• Leadership experience, including mentoring or managing delivery professionals
• Proven ability to manage portfolio-level governance, risk, and reporting frameworks
• Demonstrated experience in implementing change and driving process improvements
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking
• Strong experience in PMO, portfolio, programme, or project management within a complex technology or engineering environment
• Expertise in resource management and capacity planning
