Product Manager (Identity Verification Solutions)

Join our team as a Product Manager for Identity Verification Solutions. In this high-impact role, you will take end-to-end ownership of key parts of our Identity Verification portfolio, shaping product strategy, understanding customer needs, driving execution and delivery, managing partnerships, and providing leadership and influence. You should have strong analytical skills, experience in product management or related roles, and a strong understanding of fintech and regulated industries.

• End-to-end delivery of product capabilities and features within the Identity Verification portfolio, from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
• Shaping product and proposition strategy for the domain, identifying growth opportunities, gaps, and unmet customer needs in the global identity landscape.
• Driving platform and product enhancements that create measurable value for customers and contribute to top-line and bottom-line growth.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions and tell clear stories
• Familiarity with identity and financial crime regulations (e.g. AMLD, AMLR, MLR, eIDAS); deep expertise is not required, but curiosity and learning ability are
• Experience from Product Management, Management Consulting, Strategy, Data Analytics or related roles
• Clear, structured communication and a collaborative working style
• Strong understanding of fintech, regulated industries, or B2B SaaS buyer needs
• Strong prioritisation, organisation, and follow‑through
• High respect for data privacy, security, and regulatory constraints, and the ability to balance compliance with commercial outcomes

• Experience or strong exposure to KYC, user onboarding, identity verification, or regulated customer journeys
