Product Manager (Platform, Open Directory, Workspace)

Join LSEG as a Product Manager for the Open Directory initiative within Workspace. You will shape and execute the strategic direction of this integral element of the LSEG Microsoft Partnership. Your responsibilities will include providing product leadership, collaborating with Workspace Cluster Leads, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements, and driving the execution of all product development processes. You will work with a diverse team of professionals and have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the financial services industry.

• Shaping, defining, and executing the strategic direction of LSEG’s Open Directory initiative, which is integral to the LSEG Microsoft Partnership.
• Providing product leadership to deliver comprehensive platform capabilities, including oversight of external platform dependencies, to support Community adoption.
• Collaborating with Workspace Cluster Leads to design advanced customer workflows and innovative, AI-driven experiences that enhance the value of collaboration tools.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across technology, product, and business divisions
• Experience managing third party vendors and relationships
• Familiarity with BOT/Agentic, APIs, and natural language AI technologies
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to advance personalization initiatives
• Over 10 years of experience in a senior product leadership role
• Extensive background in large matrix organizations
• Expertise with chat and collaboration platforms
• Experience and considerations of building large-scale Financial Services platforms
• Deep understanding of Financial Service workflows, personas and communities (i.e. FX, Commodities, FI, Equites, Investment Banking or Wealth)
• Capability to work cross-functionally with architecture, product, data science, proposition, and project management teams
