Lead all aspects of the technical delivery of large-scale transformation programs, ensuring alignment between technology and business strategy.
Plan and coordinate activities required to deliver against product roadmaps, identifying and handling dependencies with other workstreams.
Proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions, detailing them and proactively resolving or mitigating them.
A real self-starter with the ability to make clear decisions and address problems, generating solutions and ultimately getting the job done
Validated experience of working in a software delivery role
Experience of working in a sophisticated, high-paced environment with a distributed team
Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
Partner engagement experience
