Senior Finance Business Partner Manager (FX Division)

Join LSEG's Markets FX division as a Senior Finance Business Partner Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for commercial finance, working closely with the FX leadership team. You will lead the sales commission process, review performance reports, support the product team with strategic initiatives, and monitor operating expenditure. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with extensive experience, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical abilities.

• Assister le directeur financier de la division FX dans la finance commerciale, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de direction de la division FX.
• Diriger le processus de commission de vente de bout en bout pour le personnel de vente individuel, y compris la préparation des objectifs de commission annuels et le calcul des commissions trimestrielles.
• Revoir les rapports de performance mensuels et trimestriels préparés par l'équipe de planification financière, fournir des commentaires clairs et des informations avant de les diffuser à l'entreprise.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar) with extensive PQE
• Excellent oral and written communication skill
• Drive initiatives to conclusion
• Commercially astute
• Demonstrate strong analytical, organisational, and project management abilities
• Ability to coordinate, build strong working relationships and help team members grow
