Senior Manager of Risk (Analytics & Commercial AI)

Join our team as a Senior Manager of Risk (Analytics & Commercial AI). In this role, you will provide independent oversight of non-financial and strategic risks across Analytics and Commercial AI activities. You will partner closely with various teams to identify, assess, and articulate risk while enabling informed decision-making and responsible innovation. You will also oversee key business, technology, data, and AI initiatives, ensuring risks are clearly identified, managed, and escalated. Strong partner management and influencing skills, as well as a deep understanding of risk management frameworks, are essential for success in this role.

• Assurer la supervision indépendante des risques non financiers et stratégiques liés aux activités d'analyse et d'intelligence artificielle commerciale au sein de l'organisation.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de produit, d'analyse, d'ingénierie, de juridique, de conformité et de risque pour identifier, évaluer et articuler les risques.
• Fournir des avis clairs et concis sur les risques, aider l'entreprise à naviguer dans la réglementation évolutive, les risques émergents et le changement technologique rapide.
• Strong partner management and influencing skills across Legal, Compliance, Product, Technology, Data, Privacy, Strategy, and senior leadership
• Knowledge of financial instruments, pricing models, and risk analytics, including market, credit, or counterparty risk, would be advantageous
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, governance, risk assessments, issue management, and control maturity evaluation
• Adaptable and effective in dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving business environments
• Excellent judgement and credibility to provide constructive challenge and influence decision-making at senior management level
• Experience using external sources, including regulatory publications, corporate disclosures, industry research, and financial media, to inform risk assessments
• Knowledge of AI governance, model risk, cyber risk, third-party risk, privacy, and financial services regulatory expectations
• Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to distil complex risk issues into clear, committee-ready insights and recommendations
• Deep enterprise risk management experience, ideally within financial markets infrastructure, data, analytics, fintech, or regulated financial services
• Ability to connect detailed risk analysis to broader strategic, operational, and business outcomes
