Senior Risk Manager (Corporate Functions, FTC)

Join our team as a Senior Risk Manager for Corporate Functions. In this role, you will support the Divisional Risk Officer in identifying, assessing, managing, and monitoring risks. You will also coordinate the review of the Enterprise Investment Portfolio, oversee the identification and analysis of key drivers for non-financial risk, and enable the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Additionally, you will develop a strong risk culture, provide expert advice and guidance on risk management, and maintain positive relationships across all three lines of defense.

• Support the Divisional Risk Officer in identifying, assessing, managing, and monitoring risks for Corporate Functions.
• Coordinate the review of the Enterprise Investment Portfolio for risk insights and oversee the identification and monitoring of key drivers for non-financial risk.
• Develop a strong risk culture, promote awareness of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, and ensure alignment with the Division’s key objectives.
• Ability to complete deep dives and analysis on key programs, providing valuable insight on key risks
• Excellent communication skills and highly collaborative across the Group, with a global view on problem solving, internal partner management
• Experience working on transformation projects and managing transformation portfolios
• Ability to challenge KRI and KPI outputs and oversee remediation actions
• Inputs into selection of KRIs, KPIs and objectives and ensures alignment with the broader Group risk strategy
• Experience in Non-Financial Risk and controls which have included coverage roles of Corporate Functions
