Senior Solution Engineer (CPQ Software)

Join our team as a Senior Solution Engineer specializing in CPQ software. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture and design of CPQ solutions across CRM and quote-to-cash platforms. You will provide CPQ domain leadership, work with business partners and project teams to define solutions, evaluate technology options, assess the current Salesforce landscape, and lead CPQ transformation planning. You will also produce solution architecture artifacts and present designs at architecture review boards. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in solution architecture across CRM, CPQ, and quote-to-cash domains, with a strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ.

• Architect and design CPQ solutions across CRM and quote-to-cash platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture direction.
• Provide technical solution leadership, including hands-on support for CPQ configuration, integration design, prototyping, and validation of solution options.
• Lead CPQ transformation planning, including platform assessment, migration strategy, and target-state design governance.
• 8+ years in solution architecture across CRM, CPQ and quote-to-cash domains
• Good understanding of the end-to-end quote-to-cash journey, including product catalogue, configuration, pricing, approvals, contracting, fulfilment and revenue hand-offs
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ is important; experience with Agentforce Revenue Cloud or alternative enterprise CPQ platforms such as ServiceNow CPQ / <Logik.ai>, ServiceNow Sales & Order Management, Apttus/Conga CPQ or Oracle CPQ is highly desirable
• Experience converting business requirements into scalable CPQ solution designs, using standard platform capabilities where possible and extensions or integrations where required
• 5+ years of CPQ architecture experience across enterprise CPQ platforms
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration, Lightning, Apex, APIs and integrations or industry equivalents like ServiceNow CPQ / SOM configuration, Flow Designer, scripting and IntegrationHub experience is desirable
• Experience in CPQ transformation, platform evaluation, migration planning or target-state solution design is essential
