Senior Treasury Manager (Treasury Operations)

Join the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) as a Senior Treasury Manager - Treasury Operations. In this hybrid role, you will lead the Treasury Back Office team, drive operational efficiency, and influence the future direction of Treasury operations and transformation. You will oversee the timely and accurate processing of Treasury transactions, own and lead the Treasury technology strategy, and champion the adoption of Artificial Intelligence within Treasury. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Treasury professional with a strong interest in Treasury technology.

• Oversee the Treasury Back Office Team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of Treasury transactions and settling payments.
• Own and lead the Treasury technology strategy, ensuring alignment with Treasury, Finance and wider Group objectives. Manage system governance, configuration, enhancements and controls.
• Drive operational excellence through the identification and implementation of improvements to execution, automation opportunities and controls enhancements.
• Significant experience of Corporate Treasury, including understanding of cash management, liquidity management, Foreign exchange and interest rate management, Treasury Operations and Controls
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decision-making across business and technology functions
• Strong knowledge of Treasury Technology including FIS Integrity, FXALL, Workspace, Datascope, banking platforms as well as SWIFT and payment processes. Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP and Oracle and an understanding of Treasury data flows and systems integration
• Experience managing, coaching or leading teams would be advantageous
• Experience leading projects, process improvement initiatives or operational transformation programmes
• Degree or equivalent experience and relevant professional qualification (AMCT/FCT, CFA, ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
