• Design and implement scalable processes for the zero-touch deployment and remote management of company devices across global locations.
• Serve as the primary technical support contact for internal teams, providing expert troubleshooting and guidance to resolve complex IT issues.
• Continuously evaluate and upgrade the hardware and software catalog to provide employees with premium tools and a frictionless work environment.

• You have gained professional experience as a System Administrator, Cloud Administrator, or in a comparable IT support role
• You are fluent in English and enjoy working in an international team environment
• You are highly comfortable working within a modern, cloud-first infrastructure and understand the nuances of distributed environments
• You are exceptionally organized, knowing how to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining clear communication with various stakeholders
• Experience with JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and SAML/SSO authentication is a strong plus
• You possess a hands-on mentality and enjoy challenging the status quo to find better, more efficient ways of working
