Director of Product (Carrier Experience)

As the Director of Product, Carrier Experience, you will shape our product strategy, build foundational systems, and scale the product function. You will own the vision and strategy for the carrier experience, develop the product roadmap, lead new growth initiatives, and drive improvements to existing products. You will also engage with customers, partner with various teams, define growth metrics, and build a strong team of product managers. • 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Track record of launching successful products that drive tangible business outcomes (e.g. revenue growth, retention)
• Demonstrated interest in and innovative use of AI
• Broad, customer-facing product ownership in marketplaces, fintech, payments or logistics, ideally building for small businesses or independent operators
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data and insight into actionable roadmap
• Exceptional communication skills: comfortable presenting to exec leadership and external partners
