Senior Data Scientist (Product)

• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Produit, Ingénierie, Opérations et Direction pour prendre des décisions stratégiques en matière de produit grâce à des analyses avancées, des expérimentations et de l'apprentissage automatique.
• Concevoir et analyser des tests A/B, développer des modèles prédictifs, construire des produits de données et découvrir des informations exploitables qui influencent la stratégie produit et les résultats commerciaux.
• Diriger des initiatives stratégiques en science des données qui ont un impact direct sur les résultats commerciaux, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec la direction exécutive pour identifier des opportunités à forte valeur ajoutée.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, modeling, and automation
• Experience building production-ready models and pipelines
• Experience in at least one of the domains: risk, growth/marketing, or product analytics preferred
• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields
• Excellent communication skills—ability to present complex insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong statistical knowledge and experience designing experiments (A/B testing, cohort analysis, causal inference)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where collaboration and flexibility are essential
