Join Mudflap, a company on a mission to revolutionize the $1 trillion fuel industry. As the Senior Manager of Success & Onboarding, you will lead and scale the growth and onboarding strategy for the Mudflap Fuel Card. You will own the entire early customer journey, drive performance through data and strategy, and build scalable onboarding systems. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role for a strategic leader who loves building teams, optimizing growth, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Drive performance through data, strategy, and operational excellence, identifying friction points and implementing scalable, customer-centric solutions.
Build scalable onboarding systems leveraging AI, automation, and human engagement, turning onboarding into a measurable, data-driven growth engine.
6+ years of experience in growth, onboarding, operations, or customer lifecycle leadership
Passion for leveraging AI and automation to improve operations and customer experience
Experience in PLG, fintech, logistics, marketplaces, or mobility is a strong plus
Strategic and hands-on operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Proven track record improving conversion, activation, retention, and customer engagement metrics
Strong people leader with a track record of building high-performing teams and scalable processes
Highly analytical with experience using data, dashboards, and cohort analysis to drive decisions
