About The Role

Join our team as a Customer Security Engineer (Pentest) and take ownership of delivering top-notch pentesting services to our customers. You will guide customers through the entire pentesting process, act as the primary technical point of contact, translate findings into actionable steps, and collaborate closely with the AI pentesting team. This is a remote-friendly position with flexible working hours.

Guiding customers through the entire pentesting process, ensuring they receive maximum value from the service.
Acting as the primary technical point of contact for customers, addressing their questions and concerns regarding test setups, scope, and results.
Translating findings into actionable recommendations, advising customers on how to prioritize and remediate discovered vulnerabilities.
OSCP, OSWE, CREST, or similar is a plus
Comfortable working directly with customers
Clear communicator, technical but human
Hands-on pentesting experience
Strong application or infrastructure security skills
