About The Role
Join Girls Who Code as the Manager of Partner Engagement, where you will drive success across an assigned portfolio of corporate partners through strong account management, strategic communication, and cross-functional collaboration. You will manage partner relationships, execute partner benefits, and lead projects that improve the partner experience. This is an individual contributor role with the potential for future people management responsibilities.

- This role requires strong relationship management skills, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize efficiently
- The ideal candidate is collaborative, proactive, and comfortable communicating with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority, from program contacts to executive leaders. They are motivated by continuous improvement and committed to Girls Who Code’s mission and values around diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Yesware or similar platforms preferred
- Interest in or knowledge of technology, education, workforce equity, or the nonprofit sector preferred
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, or willingness to learn quickly
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing partner-facing materials
- Comfort working across distributed and in-person teams
- Alignment with our mission to close the gender gap in technology fields through a dedication to diversity, equity and inclusion
- Strong sense of accountability to deadlines, fundraising goals, and portfolio performance
- 4-5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in stakeholder management, account management, fundraising, corporate partnerships, customer success, sales, or related fields
- Ability to work independently, adapt to shifting priorities, and identify opportunities for improvement
