Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Join Rain, a high-growth fintech company, as a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst. In this strategic role, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success, taking ownership of the systems, data, and processes that drive revenue. Your responsibilities will include designing and administering GTM compensation plans, building and maintaining dashboards for revenue intelligence, owning the HubSpot instance, supporting the administration of all GTM systems, leading AI-powered automation efforts, and continuously optimizing sales processes. • Design, model, and administer GTM compensation plans, and own end-to-end comp calculations with accuracy.
• Build and maintain dashboards and analyses that give leadership a real-time view of pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue trends.
• Identify manual RevOps & GTM workflows and lead efforts to automate or augment them using AI tools, increasing GTM team output.

• HubSpot admin-level proficiency, with experience integrating it across the GTM stack
• 3–5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or fintech environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with GTM compensation design and calculations — you understand how comp drives behavior and you sweat the accuracy
• Strong analytical skills — Excel/Sheets fluency required; SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau) a plus
• Actively using AI tools to improve workflows and genuinely curious about what's next
• Detail-oriented, clear communicator, and comfortable adapting fast in an ambiguous environment
