Medical Staff Associate - LPN, RN, PMD

Join our team as a Medical Staff Associate, where you will play a crucial role in the plasma donation process. Your responsibilities will include greeting and registering new donors, conducting screening procedures, determining donor eligibility, providing counseling, and attending to donor adverse events. You will also be required to maintain compliance with all regulations and procedures, communicate effectively with management, and maintain a positive demeanor during all interactions. A high school diploma and active licensure as an EMT, LPN, RN, NP, or PA are required.

• Greet and register new plasma donors, conduct screening procedures, and determine donor eligibility.
• Provide counseling to donors regarding unacceptable test results and assist in donor investigations.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, standard operating procedures, and internal company procedures.
