Lead Operations Technician - Animal Facility

Join LFB, a global biopharmaceutical group, as a Lead Operations Technician in our Animal Facility. In this role, you will provide day-to-day leadership and support to Operations Technicians and production staff, oversee daily animal care activities, and perform technical procedures. You will also assist management in identifying training needs and process improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animal care and husbandry, as well as leadership experience.

• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to Operations Technicians and production staff, and assist supervisors with coordinating daily staffing assignments.
• Perform and oversee daily animal care activities, including feeding, health observations, nail trimming, and identification of clinical concerns.
• Train, mentor, and onboard new employees on animal handling, husbandry procedures, SOPs, safety practices, and documentation requirements.
