Quality Manager - Plasma Center

Join our team as a Quality Manager at our Plasma Center. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality personnel functions, ensuring compliance with SOPs, managing the Deviation Management System, and tracking quality and operational metrics. You will also supervise the Quality Assurance Unit employees and work closely with various departments to ensure daily operations are in full compliance. A Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or related experience is preferred.

• Facilitating and evaluating center and equipment readiness, overseeing daily actions that facilitate product collection, and managing the center’s Deviation Management System to ensure adequate investigations are completed.
• Responsible for all quality personnel functions including hiring, assignment and direction of work, development and training, and the maintenance of all quality personnel records.
• Working effectively and partnering with the Field Quality, Operations support, Center Director and Corporate staff to ensure daily operations are in full compliance.
