Senior Risk Manager

Join our Risk Control Function department as a Senior Risk Manager. In this role, you will oversee risk governance and non-financial risk management, conduct operational risk assessments, support risk profiling and policy development, and facilitate the New Product Process. • Conduct and develop day-to-day operational risk frameworks, including reviewing reported incidents and executing scheduled Control Testing.
• Support comprehensive risk profiling, strategy, and policy development, ensuring strict adherence to established risk limits.
• Facilitate and execute the New Product Process (NPP) lifecycle and governance, managing the risk evaluation from the pre-assessment phase through committee sessions.
• You gained at least 3 years experiences at a bank, asset manager or financial services company in (Operational) Risk Management, Audit or Compliance and you have knowledge of regulatory issues related to operational risks (CRR, MaRisk, DORA, SREP, EBA papers)
• You have a strong ability for risk-oriented analysis and comprehensible presentation of complex issues
• You are able to work in a time-sensitive environment and you are able to balance competing priorities
• You successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or equivalent
• You have concise verbal and written communication skills in German and English
