MSP Partner Manager

Join Eye, one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity scale-ups in Europe, as an MSP Partner Manager. In this role, you will build and expand Eye's managed service provider partner network in Germany, identify and onboard new partners, and collaborate on joint go-to-market initiatives. You will represent Eye at partner meetings, trade fairs, and industry events, and work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, and other teams. • Build and expand Eye’s MSP partner ecosystem in Germany by identifying, signing, and enabling new partners.
• Support partners from initial discussions through contracts, onboarding, and business planning, and collaborate on joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Represent Eye at partner meetings, trade fairs, and industry events, and work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, and other teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, hunter-oriented mindset
• Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly within Germany
• Fluency in German, with good command of English
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience in building and expanding partnerships, either by working directly with managed service providers (MSPs), developing a partner ecosystem, or driving new business in a SaaS or software environment
• Background in software or SaaS sales, cybersecurity knowledge is a plus
