Director of Agentic Trust Product Acceleration

Join Mastercard as the Director of Agentic Trust Product Acceleration. In this role, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and operationalizing Agentic Trust solutions across all Security Solutions Organization verticals. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Foundry teams to design, develop, and bring solutions to market at scale. Your focus will be on translating strategic priorities into actionable product roadmaps, driving end-to-end execution, and ensuring alignment with enterprise product and innovation priorities. You will also prepare solutions for market readiness and maintain a focus on speed, quality, and customer relevance throughout the product lifecycle.

• Building, scaling, and operationalizing Agentic Trust solutions across all Security Solutions Organization verticals.
• Driving end-to-end execution from concept through market testing and scale, ensuring alignment with enterprise product and innovation priorities.
• Leading cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, and Foundry teams, ensuring initiatives progress against defined goals, timelines, and success measures.
• Strong understanding of platform thinking and scalable architectures, ensuring solutions are interoperable and aligned with broader data and platform capabilities
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience preparing products for market (e.g., value proposition, readiness, integration into portfolio)
• Execution-focused mindset with a strong bias for action, able to operate with speed while maintaining quality and rigor
• Proven track record of building and scaling new products or capabilities, including early-stage incubation, market validation, and commercialization
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with a focus on outcomes and impact
• Strong experience leading product delivery in complex, technology-driven environments, with ownership of end-to-end lifecycle from concept through scale
• Experience operating in highly matrixed environments, with the ability to drive execution across multiple teams without direct authority
• Ability to translate strategy into tangible product outcomes, driving clarity on scope, milestones, and success metrics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams and drive delivery under pressure
• Experience across agentic commerce, AI-driven solutions, trust and safety, fraud, identity, or cybersecurity domains
