Director of Optimization & Analytics (Mastercard Move, North America)

Join Mastercard as the Director of Optimization & Analytics for the North America Move team. In this high-impact role, you will oversee portfolio growth and optimization, identify revenue growth opportunities, and partner with various teams to execute optimization proposals. You will also be responsible for portfolio tracking and analytics, production of reporting and dashboards, and supporting strategic projects. • Identifying revenue growth and optimization opportunities within the existing customer base, prioritizing cross-sell opportunities, and partnering with customer success and sales teams to realize those opportunities.
• Employing a data-driven approach to identify, prioritize, and structure optimization or cross-sell opportunities among existing XBS and Send customers, and partnering with business development leads to develop and execute on optimization or cross-sell proposals.
• Overseeing portfolio tracking and analytics, production of reporting and dashboards to inform product strategy and management, and supporting financial projections and planning.
• Data driven, strong business acumen with a track record in launching creative partnerships or new business models. Ability to spot trends and turn them into new revenue opportunities
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to lead customer-facing conversations. Strong executive presence
• Think outside of the box. Comfortable with thoughtful risk taking
• Significant experience and exposure to the U.S. payments ecosystem and product management or development functions. Consulting experience also preferred
