Director of Product Management (Artificial Intelligence)

Join our team as the Director of Product Management (Artificial Intelligence). In this strategic role, you will lead the development and ownership of our next generation AI & Data product portfolio. You will craft the product strategy, guide the product development teams, and ensure alignment with strategic business goals. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of AI technologies, and the ability to work effectively across teams.

• Definir la visión y la hoja de ruta del producto para los productos de IA, alineándola con los objetivos comerciales generales y las necesidades del usuario.
• Liderar equipos multifuncionales (ingeniería, diseño, seguridad, datos) en el desarrollo e implementación del servicio, asegurando alta calidad y cumplimiento de plazos.
• Analizar las tendencias del mercado y las condiciones competitivas, posicionando el producto de manera efectiva.
• Experience in risk & cyber security related product is added advantage
• Globally distributed teams in India, EU and US. Some travel may be required
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Extensive experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven field, preferably with direct exposure to AI product management
• Robust understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies
• Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field is highly desirable
• Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box
