About The Role
Join Mastercard as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, where you will play a critical role in managing end-to-end financial processes, supporting both the North America and Latin America regions. You will act as a strategic business partner to a product segment, engaging directly with product teams and the broader finance organization. Your responsibilities will include budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and financial analysis. - Manage end-to-end financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, performance reviews, variance analysis, reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis.
- Act as a strategic business partner to a product segment, engaging directly with both the product team and the broader finance organization to help shape Mastercard’s Commercial Product performance, strategy, and long-term financial plan.
- Drive the FP&A cycle including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking of volumes, revenue, product P&Ls, and expenses.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships across teams
- Proactive and collaborative, with a strong team mindset and the ability to build internal and external partnerships
- Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and/or business partnering roles
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with tools such as MyMPA, Enterprise Reporting, SFDC, and Hyperion is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
