Lead Solution Architect (Oracle EPM, Cloud & On Prem)

Join the Global Business Solution Center (GBSC) Tech team as a Lead Solution Architect for Oracle EPM. In this role, you will drive the architecture strategy for both on-prem and cloud implementations, define and own the end-to-end Oracle EPM architecture, and lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives. You will also establish and enforce architecture standards, provide solution leadership for EPM data integrations, and partner closely with finance and technology leaders. Additionally, you will mentor solution architects and technical teams, act as a trusted advisor to leadership, and enjoy a range of benefits including gym membership, pension plan, share purchase options, and health insurance.

• Definir y ser responsable de la arquitectura de Oracle EPM de extremo a extremo, abarcando el cierre financiero, la consolidación, la planificación, la previsión, la elaboración de informes y la gestión de datos maestros.

• ERP + EPM integration architecture experience
• Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS and/or FCCS strongly preferred)
• Experience advising / strategizing Finance transformation projects
• Detail oriented with a passion for transformation
• Finance process fluency + leadership skills
• Expert level knowledge of EPM as a system architect / system lead
• Previous experience leading a global team
• Strong communication skills / experience communicating with senior leaders and executives
• Knowledge or experience in
• ARCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting
• EPM Automate/REST/API-first integration patterns
• Multi-geo / consolidation complexity
• Regulated environment controls/audit experience
