Manager of Financial planning and Analysis

Join Mastercard as a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. In this high-impact role, you will support enterprise-wide financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making. You will lead core FP&A processes, drive financial performance analysis, and support executive reporting. You will also enhance forecasting models, act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, and ensure data integrity across all reporting and planning outputs. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.

• Lead core FP&A processes including annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning for designated business areas.
• Drive financial performance analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities across revenue, expenses, and margin.
• Enhance driver-based forecasting models and contribute to continuous improvement of planning tools, processes, and governance.
• Proven ability to synthesize large data sets into clear insights and communicate effectively to senior stakeholders
• Experience building and managing financial models, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with a track record of driving process improvements and delivering results
• Demonstrated capability in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Strong communication skills with an ability to influence without authority
• Strong foundation in financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment
