Manager of Global SME Market Expansion

Join Mastercard's newly established SME Global Market Expansion team, focused on driving card usage and acceptance among small and medium-sized businesses in underpenetrated geographies. As the Manager of SME Global Market Expansion, you will define and execute the SME card conversion strategy, own commercial targets, and lead end-to-end execution of growth initiatives. You will also partner with various teams to shape and execute initiatives, align stakeholders around strategic priorities, and identify strategic partners to accelerate adoption.

• Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de conversión de tarjetas para PYMEs en mercados priorizados, enfocándose en desplazar el uso de efectivo, cheques y transferencias.
• Identificar segmentos de PYMEs, industrias y casos de uso con el mayor potencial de desplazamiento de tarjetas, y diseñar soluciones para superar los bloqueos al crecimiento.
• Liderar la ejecución de iniciativas de crecimiento de principio a fin, desde la ideación y el desarrollo del caso de negocio hasta la prueba, la medición y la escalabilidad.

• Proven ability to own and deliver against financial targets (GDV, revenue, pipeline)
• Strong execution mindset: experience running pilots, defining KPIs, and scaling successful initiatives
• Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, operations, sales, or commercial roles within payments or financial services industry
• Experience in global or highly matrixed organizations is strongly preferred
• SME-obsessed: Deep understanding of SME needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
