Manager of Product Management (Fintech Innovation Enablement)

Join Mastercard as a Manager of Product Management in the Fintech Innovation Enablement team. In this role, you will lead initiatives to support the growth and scalability of the Business Intelligence Innovation Enablement products, including the Start Path Corporate Membership program and Sandbox as a Service. You will develop and manage content for the Start Path Corporate Membership program, contribute to the development of strategies for large global clients, and support sales conversations to promote the product value proposition. Additionally, you will analyze data from multiple sources, prepare reports and presentations, and build a network of contacts across Mastercard.

• Lead initiatives to support the growth and scalability of the Business Intelligence Innovation Enablement products, including the Start Path Corporate Membership program and Sandbox as a Service globally.
• Develop and manage content for the Start Path Corporate Membership program, including research reports and event planning.
• Contribute towards the development of strategies and programs for large, strategically important global clients, and support conversations on the sales side to promote the product value proposition globally.
• Leadership skills—must be able to influence others and navigate complex relationship scenarios & must be able to influence others without direct reporting relationships
• Executive-level presentation skills—must have persuasive “presence” and ability to effectively communicate technology to business people and business to technology people
• Connection to the fintech community and “startup world” a distinct advantage
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Demonstrated experience in delivering digital and technical solutions and services
• Understanding / experience of innovation frameworks and practical technology application experience. Payments technology knowledge or experience in the industry would be an advantage
• Demonstrated experience working with 3rd party vendors and assessing same
