About The Role

Join Mastercard Identity, a leading organization in the development of products and services that enable global commerce and prevent crime. As the Manager of Product Management for Account Protection, you will play a key role in the development and management of products focused on account risk management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and support product development, execution, and commercialization. This role requires a foundational understanding of account lifecycle risk, experience in product management or related fields, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Contribuer au développement et à la gestion de produits, programmes et services axés sur la gestion des risques liés aux comptes, en particulier en ce qui concerne les menaces critiques telles que le vol de compte et la fraude d'identité synthétique.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les leaders de produits et les équipes interfonctionnelles pour soutenir le développement de produits, définir les exigences et garantir que les produits sont prêts pour le marché.
  • Participer à l'exécution des produits de protection des comptes tout au long du cycle de vie du compte, y compris la découverte, la définition, la construction, le lancement et l'itération.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus
  • Foundational understanding of account lifecycle risk (onboarding through monitoring and recovery)
  • Ability to travel up to 10–15%
  • Working knowledge of identity, digital payments, and security landscape is a plus
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Exposure to data-driven or API-based products
  • Experience in Product Management, Data Analytics, Strategy, or related fields, ideally in fraud, identity, risk, payments, or fintech
  • Experience contributing to product lifecycle activities and supporting delivery of measurable outcomes
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with fraud vectors such as account takeover, synthetic identity, and mule networks
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
