About The Role

Join Mastercard's Services team as a Manager of Product Management (Technical). In this role, you will be responsible for translating product strategy into technical requirements, driving execution across cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality Business Identity capabilities. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams, monitor feature development, and ensure timely delivery of features. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience as a product owner, and a working knowledge of identity, digital payments, and the security landscape.

  • Translating product strategy into well-defined technical requirements and driving execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to assess feasibility, align dependencies, and drive delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Regularly engaging stakeholders to understand evolving needs and incorporating feedback into the backlog.
  • Successfully launched complex projects as product owner, working closely with engineering teams from ideation to production
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to simplify complex requirements with detailed and clear documentation, including functional and non-functional requirements and API specifications
  • Ability to travel up to 15%
  • Flexible work hours to accommodate teams in different time zones across the globe
  • Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and operates with a sense of urgency
  • Working knowledge of identity, digital payments, and the security landscape is an advantage
  • Extensive experience as a product owner managing feature backlog and roadmap
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced or master’s degree is an advantage
  • Experience with estimating work deliverables and managing project status is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when leading technical discussions, trade-off decisions, and communicating and mitigating risks
  • Experience with agile development methodologies; SAFe Agile methodology is a plus
