Product Management Specialist (Artificial Intelligence)

Join Mastercard as a Product Management Specialist focused on Artificial Intelligence. In this role, you will support the strategy, development, and commercialization of AI-powered products within our platform. You will work closely with senior product leaders, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact customer experiences. This position requires a strong understanding of AI concepts, experience in product management or technology-focused roles, and excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.

• Support the strategy, development, and commercialization of AI-powered products within the platform, ensuring alignment with the broader product roadmap.
• Translate product requirements into well-defined EPICs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and data teams, and support the development of LLM-powered and agentic AI features.
• Collaborate on product discovery activities, including user research, hypothesis validation, and experimentation, and support the product development process.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and evaluation frameworks
• Experience contributing to the development and delivery of digital products or technology solutions
• Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box
• Globally distributed teams in India, EU and US. Some travel may be required
• Demonstrated ability to translate product requirements into execution-ready deliverables
• Experience working in Product Management, product development, business analysis, consulting, or a related technology-focused role
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field is highly desirable
