Product Management Specialist (Crypto Flows)

Join Mastercard's Blockchain and Digital Assets group as a Product Management Specialist. In this role, you will lead strategic product initiatives that enable seamless movement between digital assets and traditional fiat systems. You will focus on card issuance, acceptance, and emerging Web3-enabled flows, driving growth of crypto card issuance globally and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-quality product experiences.

• Lead strategic product initiatives that enable seamless movement between digital assets and traditional fiat systems, focusing on card issuance, acceptance, and emerging Web3-enabled flows.
• Drive growth of crypto card issuance globally, supporting program scaling, partner enablement, and delivery against key business KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across sales, engineering, risk, and regional teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-quality product experiences.
• Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and emerging Web3 use cases, with the ability to translate trends into scalable products
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect product decisions to commercial impact
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation in payments and digital commerce
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging internal and select external audiences
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes
• Prior experience in product management within payments, fintech, or digital assets; strong understanding of crypto payments and card networks preferred
