Product Management Specialist

Join Mastercard as a Product Management Specialist in the Consumer Products and Processing division. In this role, you will support the day-to-day management of external vendors, track key performance indicators, assist in budget and expense management, and coordinate billing between regional and global stakeholders. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across various teams, maintain accurate reporting systems, analyze KPIs, support the quarterly billing process, and assist in tracking expenses and revenue forecasts. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, energetic, eager to learn, and has strong communication skills.

• Support the day-to-day management of external vendors critical to benefits solutions, including tracking performance metrics and SLAs.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather, aggregate, and disseminate relevant information, and assist in the development of content and presentations.
• Assist in the monthly analysis of KPIs, contribute insights and recommendations based on data from multiple sources, and support the quarterly billing process.

• Solid PowerPoint skills, with the ability to contribute to compelling presentations

• Familiarity with reporting tools (Salesforce, Tableau, etc.) — hands-on experience is a plus
• Enthusiastic team member, eager to partner with stakeholders to gather information and ensure alignment
