Senior Business Development Analyst

Join MasterCard as a Senior Business Development Analyst, where you will play a key role in expanding our relationship with existing customers in the North America Commercial business. You will analyze Large Market portfolios, develop best practices and marketing collateral, and work directly with end corporates. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Marketing and Platform teams to improve value propositions and participate in research projects. This position requires moderate professional experience in financial services, excellent strategic thinking and communication skills, and a proven track record of increasing revenue.

• Identifying opportunities to expand relationships with existing MasterCard customers and analyzing Large Market portfolios to identify trends.
• Developing best practices and marketing collateral, writing white papers, and speaking at industry events to promote MasterCard's offerings.
• Collaborating with the Marketing and Platform teams to improve MasterCard's Large Market value propositions and participating in research projects.
• Moderate professional experience in financial services, cards, payments or another related field
• Experience creating ppt decks
• Understands Mastercard’s Sales Discipline Framework
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication and analysis skills and a proven track record of creating solutions that increase revenue
• Business experience with related sales and management experience in the payments industry
• Ability to manage a large customer set with varying and diverse issues and pain points, establishing relationships up and down throughout the organization
• Ability to manage and grow internal and external cross functional relationships and partnerships
• Demonstrated track record of planning, managing and closing complex, competitive sales effort and project management
