Senior Principal Product Manager (Technical)

Join Mastercard as a Senior Principal Product Manager (Technical) in the Architecture function for RTP International. This role involves defining strategies for adoption and modernization of payment channels, working closely with clients and regional teams, and ensuring alignment with long-term RTP strategic imperatives. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in a complex stakeholder environment, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer excellence.

• Articulating the key resiliency features of RTP Products to clients and internal stakeholders, and showcasing the resiliency of products.
• Defining approaches and strategies for the adoption and modernization of key channels for exchanging payment and non-financial messages.
• Working closely with client and regional teams to confirm desired outcomes and test potential responses, following through to fully fledged solution responses.
• That also has a mandate to grow the business globally
• The successful candidate will become part of a newly formed, high functioning team, dedicated to delivering a robust, secure and resilient service to six international countries every day with transactional volume of 20bn billion/year

• Relevant experience of working in a complex (preferably multi-national) stakeholder environment that includes complex customers and regulators
• Experience of presenting and communicating at board level
