About The Role

Join our team as a Senior SME Business Complete Product Specialist. In this role, you will support the execution of our Business Complete product strategy through analytics, insight generation, and cross-functional coordination. You will translate the Business Complete vision into market-backed insights, executive-ready materials, and operational deliverables that accelerate pilots, inform product decisions, and support C-level engagements. You will also drive analytics and insight generation on SME behavior, build executive-ready materials and business cases, and coordinate cross-functional delivery. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, analytics, or product operations, with a preference for payments/fintech experience.

Support the execution of Business Complete product strategy through analytics, insight generation, and cross-functional coordination.
Translate the Business Complete vision into market-backed insights, use cases, and feature prioritization across issuing and acceptance.
Drive analytics and insight generation on SME behavior to inform product design and validate "Right-to-Win" hypotheses.
3–5 years in strategy, consulting, analytics, or product operations (payments/fintech preferred)
Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills; experience with Salesforce reporting and data visualization tools
Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong QA instincts and ability to work with large datasets
Experience in payments, fintech, or B2B platform environments
Familiarity with SME segment dynamics, issuer economics, and commercial card ecosystems
Exposure to product lifecycle management and agile development processes
Experience building business cases and pilot frameworks for new product launches
