About The Role

Join Mastercard as the Vice President, Finance Business Partner for Blockchain & Digital Currencies. In this strategic role, you will provide executive financial leadership, oversee finance integration for strategic transactions, and partner closely with various teams to ensure financial outcomes align with organizational goals. You will lead a team responsible for core finance business partnering and finance integration execution, and drive process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic finance executive with strong business judgment, executive presence, and the ability to lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assurer la direction financière et le partenariat stratégique pour les actifs numériques et la blockchain, en intégrant la planification, la prévision et la gestion de la performance.
  • Superviser l'intégration financière des transactions stratégiques, des partenariats et des nouvelles initiatives commerciales, en veillant à la préparation à la clôture et à l'exécution post-clôture.

  • Proven ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently, prioritize effectively and drive process improvement initiatives
  • Good knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and experience with financial systems/applications (e.g., Hyperion and Oracle) preferred
  • Strong proficiency in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance and accounting
  • Strong project management skills including superior organization, planning, and follow through
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to foster a positive team environment and collaborate to produce outstanding results
  • Advanced degree or MBA preferred
