• Own the blueprint for GTM enablement for Account Executives and Deployment Strategists, including curriculum architecture, certification frameworks, and field programs.
• Drive the operational engine for enablement, including bi-weekly field cadence with Product and Marketing, SKO ownership, and frameworks that make enablement repeatable.
• Set the quality bar for assessments that prove competence, not attendance, and systems that compound learning over time.
