Engineering Team Lead, DevEx

As an Engineering Team Lead in Developer Experience (DevEx), you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, driving delivery and accountability, and bridging engineering and productivity. You will also provide hands-on technical leadership, define and evolve team processes, and raise the bar for developer productivity. This is a critical role at the intersection of developer productivity, infrastructure, and people.

• Act as the clear point of contact for your team and its projects, removing obstacles and creating an environment where engineers can focus on building impactful developer tools and platforms.
• Own the delivery of your team’s roadmap for developer experience improvements, ensuring projects are shipped with the right level of quality, reliability, and performance.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to define the roadmap and priorities for developer experience, driving prioritization decisions based on developer productivity impact and technical necessity.
