In this hands-on role, you will oversee onboarding, manage employee contractual documentation, process payroll, handle immigration requests, and ensure compliance with local employment laws. You will work closely with managers, external partners, and internal teams to maintain a smooth and efficient employee experience.

• Oversee onboarding for new joiners, coordinating HR systems, IT setup, and office arrangements.
• Formalize and manage all employee contractual documentation and processes throughout the employment lifecycle.
• Process payroll and collaborate with providers to ensure timely and accurate payments in France, the UK, and the US.
