You will collaborate with the Science team to set standards for language adherence, naturalness, and cultural alignment. • Interacting with models across languages to identify areas for improvement and gathering feedback for enhancement.
• Defining high-quality, culturally aligned behavior for each language and designing evaluations for multilingual settings.
• Developing robust evaluation pipelines to assess the multilingual capabilities of model candidates.
