Design and manage the onboarding journey for new hires across multiple regions, ensuring a seamless and tailored experience.
Develop, implement, and improve onboarding programs and resources for the organization, measuring effectiveness and using data to drive improvements.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to keep onboarding processes aligned and effective, identifying opportunities for efficiency and implementing change.
