Privacy Legal Counsel

Join Mistral, a leading AI solutions provider, as a Privacy Legal Counsel. In this role, you will support Mistral AI's GDPR compliance strategy, manage compliance documentation, advise various teams on privacy topics, and negotiate data processing agreements. You should have 3 to 5 years of experience in privacy law and GDPR compliance, a strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies, and excellent communication skills.

• Support Mistral AI’s GDPR compliance by managing compliance documentation, answering data subject requests, and implementing GDPR processes.
• Advise product and engineering teams on privacy topics, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and guidance.
• Negotiate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with Mistral AI’s providers and customers, and monitor privacy regulations.
