About The Role

Join Mistral, a leading provider of full-stack AI solutions. As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will shape and execute our hiring strategy, manage and develop the recruiting team, and work cross-functionally with leadership and hiring managers. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality candidate experience, using data analytics to identify challenges in the hiring process, and representing Mistral externally to build our reputation as an employer.
